Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Technical Service Lead, on-site at our location in Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for leading technical service initiatives, managing technical service teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction for Matimco’s services. Your work will include providing advice to clients, coordinating projects with a team of service professionals, and ensuring technical compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
● 3+ years of experience in construction management, client relationship management, or a similar field
● Experience in project management or team leadership is a plus
● Demonstrated ability to lead or manage teams
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
