Role Description
The Associate Brand Manager will be responsible for supporting the company’s marketing initiatives through the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing plans to meet business objectives. The Associate Brand Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the brand identity is consistent across all communication channels and that the brand messaging is aligned with the company’s values. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Metro Manila.
Qualifications
● Experience in brand management, preferably in the building materials or related industry
● Knowledge of marketing principles and practices, including market research, consumer behavior, and marketing campaign development
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in using design software is a plus
● Ability to independently manage projects and meet deadlines
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field, with a focus on marketing
● Experience in digital marketing and social media campaigns is a plus
